Mosaic Training School

The Mosaic Training School (MTS) aims to train men and women to become Christ-like leaders who want to be involved in church planting in order to take the message of Jesus to Leeds, the UK and the Nations of the World.

During term time, MTS runs every Monday night and covers four core teaching modules; Leadership, Character of God, Mission and Church Planting.

MTS aims to provide a mixture of teaching, discipleship, ministry and hands-on missions experience based in a local church. It is specifically designed for people in full time secular work or final year students. There is a yearly intake in October and application forms can be obtained from the Mosaic Church office. Closing date for applications is at the end of August.

Mosaic Training School was rigorous and effective in equipping us to find our calling and to serve and lead in the church.

The course covered in depth discipleship, church-planting, theology, and spiritual gifts and authority, and we were fortunate to have some really amazing teachers come in from around the country. Having the structure and disciplines is something that has changed the way we live and meant we were able to get closer to God, giving him more of ourselves. Not only this but we developed life-long friendships and shared our lives with people in a way we just hadn’t before.

The mission trip at the end really built faith and inspired us and prepared us for church-planting. We saw and experienced God doing amazing things throughout the 18 months and it has definitely shaped our expectations of what he can do in and through us.”
