Mosaic's weekend away as a congregation
For our church weekend away this year, Mosaic will be joining other churches in the North that are part of Newfrontiers, our family of churches, for a great weekend of camping, fellowship, worship and teaching!
Do remember under 19’s go for free. Book in as soon as possible to make sure you have a place.
It’s happening over the 26th to the 30th of August, at Coul Beck Farm in Sexhow.
It’s really exciting to join with the larger body of Christ and celebrate together so we’d love as many people as possible from Mosaic to come! Click here to get some more info.
SUMMER 2010 at Mosaic
What's going on in the church family this summer?
1. Picnic & Games on Holbeck Moor
Between our services, 1-4pm, every Sunday (except the 29th) in August we’ll be heading to Holbeck Moor to hang out, eat lunch and play some games together. Please bring with you your lunch (and some to share) and some fun games.
2. No services on 29th August
As we’ll all be at North 2010, there will be no Sunday services on Sunday 29th August. Please join us up at Coul beck Farm for the Sunday service.
Launch-Pad - 05/09
Launch - Pad is for those interested in joining Mosaic
Launch Pad - If you are new to Mosaic, come and see what the values of Mosaic are, the way we function, what we believe etc. Sign-up online.
This is all taking place at Sweet Street between 1 and 4pm, with lunch included please do let us know if you’re coming along so we can make enough food!
Mission Groups
Join a mission group this summer!
Become an active member of the Mosaic Church family by joining one of the mission groups. These are smaller groups of people that share a passion for a particular mission and meet during the week in various homes throughout the city.

We love students and we know how important it is to have a solid support network during your time at uni. Therefore we have student mission groups where you can meet other normal Christians to fellowship with and to introduce your friends too - it’s so much easier to demonstrate the gospel together!

Baptisms - 05/09
Making known before God and His church your commitment to follow Christ
In the Bible, following Jesus and being baptised in water went hand in hand. It is an outward symbol of an inward change. If you or anyone you know would like to get baptised, please get in touch with your mission group leader.
Baptisms are a enriching experiences for both the people getting baptised as well as those witnessing. Its one of our favourite events as a church as we love to celebrate together what God has done in peoples lives. Find out more here

Student Weekend Away - 12-14/11
A whole weekend of worship, teaching and banter!

On Fri 12th - Sun 14th November 2010 we’re going to head up to the beautiful countryside of North Yorkshire to seek more of God and get to know each other better.
