For anyone who wants to be involved in the North Central gathering launch.

Start making the most of your summer! If you can help practically with the launch, want to join us in praying, and generally want to get stuck in with the North Central gathering, then this training week is for you.

We’ll be meeting every morning (10am-1pm) at LS6 Cafe on Hyde Park Corner from Monday 28th to Thursday 31st May for teaching on a variety of topics, as well as practical training, vision, prayer, and worship. On Tuesday afternoon there’ll be chance to do a prayer walk and/or some prophetic evangelism, and on Thursday afternoon we’re going to have a big BBQ, which you can invite friends along to.

Instead of Sunday gatherings, we will be gathering in Mission Groups.

There will be no Sunday gatherings on this Sunday. Instead we will be gathering in our different Mission Groups around the city, to propel us into mission, community and discipleship. Speak to your Mission Group leader to find out what your Mission Group is doing. If you aren’t in a Mission Group but would like to find out more, please email missiongroups@mosaic-church.org.uk.

Coming together to seek God.

Our next monthly prayer evening is on Monday 28th May, 7.45-9.45pm at the Warehouse, Sweet Street. Come along, hear what God is doing, and join us in praying for people and situations within our church family, the rest of Leeds, the UK and the world.

Asking the big questions of life...

The Intro Course is a six week course asking the big questions of life and exploring the basics of the Christian faith. Our next course will run on Tuesday nights (not Thursday, as previously advertised) from 1st May to 5th June 2012, 7.00-9.30pm at The Warehouse, Sweet Street, LS11 9DB - and dinner is included.

It is a no-obligation space for you to ask any questions and discuss the answers. You and your friends can join in at any time during the course. For more information please email intro@mosaic-church.org.uk.

Joining God's mission overseas.

Mosaic runs a short-term mission trip every year to support a church plant overseas. This year Mosaic is sending a team to join Redeemer Church in The Hague in the Netherlands from 18th-27th August 2012. We’re looking to take a team of ten to fifteen people and the trip is open to everyone; you don’t have to be an experienced evangelist or a seasoned traveller!

Mosaic goes camping!

This year Mosaic is once again joining other Newfrontiers churches in the north of the UK at North 2012, from Thursday 23rd August to Monday 27th August at Coul Beck Farm, Sexhow, North Yorkshire. We’ll be pitching our tents, getting the campfire going and hoping for good weather on the August bank holiday in the beautiful countryside of North Yorkshire. It’s really exciting to join with the larger body of Christ and celebrate together. Last year around thirty people from Mosaic went along, and this year we’d love as many Mosaic-ers as possible to come!

Our current preaching series.

On Sundays between 18th March and 27th May our teaching is based in the book of 1 Samuel in the Old Testament, with the title ‘Kings, Prophets and Monsters’. Come along to the Warehouse at 10.30am or 5.00pm to explore this book of the Bible and learn what it means for us today.
