A rare abstract poem
Into this mind a thought
entered, exciting but dangerous.
It spoke of new ideas
Of new paths and new hopes.
The mind was scared and fear
overwhelmed reason and it forgot.
Hidden in secret biding its time, soon
It was nothing more than a memory
Distant at first, it grew, in silence
It found its strength, in darkness
It prevailed not tainted.
Once more it returned, bravely
It spoke, all who could hear listened.
It spoke of new ideas
Of new paths and new hopes.
It spoke a picture of beauty,
Of grace and unconditional love.
Of heaven touching earth
And of perfect joy.
