Mosaic Church
Loving God, each other, our city, the underprivileged & the nations

White Man

Brilliant Michael Gungor Band video/song.

Hey, not sure if anyone has posted this before, it’s pretty cool though.  It’s a stop motion music video for Michael Gungor band; constructed entirely of felt!

I love the fundamental message it brings, and the way it covers many polemic church issues in a powerful yet wonderfully child-like way.

Peace

Song innit!

This is a song my old youth leader Ali Marshall back at my old church HTB wrote. I played a teeny tiny part in the song’s journey and Ali asked me to sing it when we recorded it. I hope it blesses you somehow.

Open my eyes to you, fire me up
Open my eyes to you
Open my eyes, open my life,
Fire me up, open my eyes to you

Cos I need you more,
Than anything else,
more than anything else,
more than anything

Hope of the nations, you are the king of all
You are the rock, I need you more, more, more, more
You are the Father who welcomes the prodigal
You are my all I need you more, more, more, more

Open my soul to you, fire me up
Open my soul to you, cos I need you more
Open my soul, open my whole life

Fire me up, open my soul to you
More than anything else
More than anything, I need you more

I need you more

Light in the Darkness

A photo I took in Rio de Janeiro

I took this photo in Rio de Janeiro of Cristo o Redentor during my gap year. It was really a very happy accident. I took it from Sugar Loaf mountain on one of my last evenings in Rio. I love the image of Christ it portrays it’s kind of got the whole ‘light in the darkness’ thing going on.
