When you put something through an ‘acid test’ it means you’re checking its authenticity. The term actually originated during times when gold was widely circulated. Nitric acid was applied to an object of gold to see if it was genuine or not. If it was fake, the acid corroded it; if it was genuine, the gold was unaffected.
This course enables you to give the Christian faith the ‘acid test’. In other words, to really explore the fundamentals of what it means to live as a follower of Jesus. Our hope is that you decide that living as a Christian is a genuine, real and trustworthy endeavour.
The course lasts 3 weeks and each session lasts a couple of hours. To find out when the next course starts, see our Upcoming Events section.
