Matt & Philippa Hatch
Matt and Pip are the founding pastors of Mosaic. Both had a passion to build a missional church that would raise up Christ-like disciples who would dream of planting churches all around the globe.
They moved to Leeds in 2002 and started Mosaic in their sitting room in 2003. The church then launched it’s first Sunday service in September 2004. Matt now works full time for Mosaic and Philippa, part time. They have three children, Isobel, Ben and Tom.

Chris & Lisa Mason
Chris and Lisa moved to Leeds in 2005 in order to help start the church. They are part of the leadership team and oversee the student ministry. Chris works full time for Mosaic while Lisa is a part time physiotherapist and also works part time for Mosaic.

Steve & Leanne Vaughan
Steve is passionate about God, his wife Leanne, his Frisbee and seeing people come to know fullness of life in Christ. He has previously worked for Christians in Sport and has recently starting working three days a week for Mosaic as the Evangelism Pastor. He is also studying on the NTI correspondence bible course 2 days a week.

Hannah Horton
Hannah moved to Leeds in 2008 after finishing her degree in Manchester. She works full time for Mosaic overseeing the student ministry and working with the women's ministry.
