The Warehouse - Base camp

In January 2008 we were given the keys to a large warehouse in the city centre. We like to think of it like our base camp.

If you were to go mountain climbing, you’d travel hard just to get to the base camp which is the place used as a launch pad for the mission. It’s not the goal, just an important place to be trained, equipped and then sent on your way.

Our building is used throughout the week by members of the church, local community groups, student groups and charities. It provides a space big enough to cater for large crowds on a Sunday and smaller groups during the week. Our official launch was in September 2008, and we expanded to two services on a Sunday in February 2009.
